Doctors who deal with tongue/lip tie release Dr Jimmy Chan in North Vancouver - does laser revision of tongue/lip tethered oral tissue - website Some of your local ENT (Ear/Nose/Throat) or family doctors may do lip/tongue tie release depending on your infant/child's age and individual circumstances, however be sure it's done by someone who's educated and experienced in this specific skill and understands the implications of ties on infant feeding. Also I encourage you to take your baby for bodywork prior to the revision and it can be tremendously helpful to go through things before and after the revision with a lactation consultant.
You can also do an online search through the ILCA (www.ilca.org/why-ibclc/falc) website to find someone near you. If you're wondering if an individual's certification is valid with the International Board of Lactation Consultants you can check here: iblce.org/resources/iblce-registry/.
